Dengue is viral disease that spreads by mosquito bites

Karachi: This year, 146 people in Karachi and 164 across Sindh have been infected with dengue.
According to the Sindh Health Department, 24 cases of dengue were reported in Karachi during March, while 164 people have been infected across Sindh this year.
According to medical experts, dengue is a viral disease that spreads by mosquito bites.
According to health experts, the dengue mosquito breeds due to the accumulation of clean water in homes, offices, streets, pots, old tires, and water tanks.
To prevent dengue, experts have directed citizens to take precautionary measures and said that water should not stagnate in homes and offices.
Experts have recommended keeping water tanks covered, keeping AC and refrigerator trays dry, and ensuring the use of mosquito spray.
