Court remarked that whether he confesses or not, he will be sent to jail

Karachi: During the hearing of the Mustafa Amir murder case in the South Karachi Judicial Magistrate’s Court, accused Armaghan refused again after confessing to the crime.
After which the court dismissed the accused’s request for a confessional statement.
The court said in its remarks that the accused’s mental state was not such that a confessional statement could be recorded, he first agreed to confess and then refused.
The court added in its remarks that whether he confesses or not, he will be sent to jail.
During the hearing of the case, accused Armaghan said in the court that he does not want to confess.
