Accused films video of vehicle parked incorrectly and goes on to viralize it on social media

(Web Desk): A second case has been registered under the PECA Act 2016 in Rawalpindi, based on the complaint of Traffic Warden Imran Sikandar at the Cantt Police Station. The case was filed under Section 21, Subsection 1-D of the PECA Act 2016.
According to the details of the case, the accused filmed a video of a vehicle parked incorrectly and went on to viralize it on social media. A challan ticket was also issued for the vehicle's illegal parking in accordance with the law.
The case details mention that the vehicle was parked outside a shop, and the shopkeeper made the video. The shopkeeper then shared the video on social media to incite hatred and provoke people against the traffic police. The accused's actions are considered a punishable offense under the PECA Act 2016.
