Child fell into open manhole while playing due to lack of cover

Karachi: A 3-year-old child has tragically died after falling into an open manhole in the Baldia Moach Goth area.
The child went missing in Baldia Moach Goth, and during the search, it was discovered that the child had fallen into an open manhole. Upon receiving the information, rescue teams arrived at the scene and recovered the child's body from the sewer.
The child's family has accused the authorities of negligence, stating that the child fell into the open manhole while playing due to the lack of a cover.
