Journalist Farhan Malik is facing charges under PECA Act and for allegedly running an illegal call center

Karachi: The court has issued fresh notices to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) regarding the bail petition of journalist Farhan Malik.
The hearing took place at Karachi's City Court, where the FIA was unable to comply with the judicial notice due to the Eid holidays.
The court has adjourned the hearing till April 5.
Farhan Malik is facing charges under the PECA Act and for allegedly running an illegal call center.
The FIA has been directed to respond to the court's notice by the next hearing date.
