3-member SC bench headed by CJP Yahya Afridi will hear the appeal

Islamabad: The Supreme Court has fixed May 9 cases for hearing.
The Supreme Court will hear the appeal against the denial of physical remand of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Umar Sarfraz Cheema on April 14.
The hearing on the bail application of PTI Senator Ijaz Chaudhry and the cancellation of Asad Qaiser’s bail will be held on April 15. The appeal to cancel Qaiser’s bail was filed by the caretaker KP government in 2023.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Yahya Afridi will hear the appeal. The bench will also hear the appeals for the cancellation of bail of dozens of PTI workers and leaders.
