Only vaccinated people allowed to visit tourist resorts during Eid holidays: SAPM
Islamabad: Special Assistant to Prime Minister (SAPM) on Health Services Dr. Faisal Sultan Monday said that only vaccinated people will be allowed to visit tourist resorts during Eid Al-Adha holidays.

While talking to the media, the Special Assistant said during the last few days, the positivity rate of Coronavirus cases has been reportedly increased from two percent to four percent, which is alarming.
“The main cause of this surge is violation of SOPs and the new variant of Coronavirus (Delta) coming from India,” he stressed.
The SAPM urged the general public to follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to contain the spread of global pandemic.
He said efforts will be made to implement SOPs with the help of the administration and the army.
Dr. Faisal Sultan made it clear that there is no shortage of vaccine in Pakistan and four hundred and fifty thousand vaccines have so far been administered.
