Pakistan secures two-year extension in oil credit from Kuwait

(Web Desk): Kuwait has extended the oil credit facility for Pakistan by two years. This facility is provided by Kuwait Petroleum to Pakistan State Oil (PSO). 

Federal Minister for Petroleum, Ali Pervaiz Malik, met with the Kuwaiti ambassador in Islamabad. On this occasion, Ali Pervaiz Malik stated that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has successfully implemented difficult economic reforms with the support of Kuwait and other brotherly countries. 

The Kuwaiti ambassador said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Pakistan has achieved economic progress. During the meeting, both sides agreed to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the energy sector. 

The Federal Minister for Petroleum thanked Kuwait for the special concession for Pakistan and added that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif holds immense love and respect for the people of Kuwait, the Emir of Kuwait, and the Crown Prince.
