TikToker Kashif Zameer arrested over viral video controversy
‘Action was taken after a viral video surfaced in which Kashif Zameer was seen with a police constable’
(Web Desk): Police have arrested social media personality and TikToker Kashif Zameer.
According to reports, Kashif Zameer was taken into custody from outside Lahore and is being transferred to the city. Police officials stated that a case has been registered against him at the Qila Gujjar Singh Police Station, which includes sections of the Pakistan Electronic Crimes Act (PECA).
According to DIG Operations, action was taken after a viral video surfaced in which Kashif Zameer was seen with a police constable.
The police have confirmed that the constable seen in the video has also been taken into custody.
SP Faisal Kamran stated that the arrest was made outside Lahore and that the matter is currently under investigation.
