Karan Johar breaks silence over surprising weight loss

Mumbai: Bollywood director and film producer Karan Johar has opened up about his surprising weight loss.
Recently, fans were worried after Karan Johar's sudden weight loss, while speculations were also being made about Karan's use of Ozempic, a drug used for rapid weight loss.
However, during a live session, Karan Johar has rejected the rumors of using the drug for weight loss and has also revealed the secret of his fitness.
According to the Bollywood director, 'I came to know that I need to correct my blood levels, although I am still using medication for this.'
Karan Johar added that the main reason for his weight loss is a strict diet plan, due to which he eats only once a day. The purpose of weight loss is to achieve good health, which is possible by following healthy methods.
The Bollywood director said that along with this diet plan, he was also making swimming and paddleball a part of his routine.
During the conversation, he advised fans to try to keep themselves fit through a healthy diet and exercise.
