Fawad Khan, Vaani Kapoor shine at Dubai music launch of ‘Abeer Gulal’
The full audio album of ‘Abeer Gulal’ has been released, featuring a total of six songs

(Web Desk): The music of the upcoming Bollywood romantic film ‘Abeer Gulal’ has been launched. Interestingly, instead of India, the music promotion event was held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), with Pakistani actor Fawad Khan in attendance.
The full audio album of ‘Abeer Gulal’ has been released, featuring a total of six songs. Out of these, the videos of two tracks — ‘Khudaya Ishq’ and ‘Angrej Rang Rasiya’ — have already been released and have garnered millions of views on YouTube.
The music launch event took place at Dubai’s Global Village and was attended by Fawad Khan, Vaani Kapoor, and the singers who contributed to the film’s soundtrack.
Fawad Khan and Vaani Kapoor also performed on stage, including a dance performance to ‘Khudaya Ishq’ and other tracks, with videos of their dance going viral online. The duo was also seen performing to the film’s teaser, earning praise from fans for their on-screen chemistry.
‘Abeer Gulal’ is scheduled to release on May 9, although the official trailer has not yet been released. So far, the film’s teaser and two song videos have been made public.
It is expected that the trailer will be released by the end of this week. However, the casting of Pakistani actor Fawad Khan in an Indian film has triggered threats from extremist Hindu groups in India.
Despite the backlash, several Indian actors have defended Fawad Khan’s return to Bollywood, calling it a positive move for both India and Pakistan.
It remains unclear whether ‘Abeer Gulal’ will be released in Pakistan, but it is confirmed to hit theaters in India and other countries on May 9.
This film marks Fawad Khan’s return to Bollywood after nearly a decade — he last appeared in an Indian film in 2016. With this comeback, Fawad Khan becomes the first Pakistani actor to return to Hindi cinema after almost ten years.
