Accused are wanted in cases of October 5 protest and violence against police


Lahore: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has issued non-bailable warrants for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.
The ATC Lahore heard the case against Ali Amin Gandapur in connection with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protest in Lahore on October 5 and violence against the police.
During the hearing, the investigating officer said that the police had summoned him several times for investigation, but Gandapur and others were not being investigated. The accused are wanted in the cases of the October 5 protest and violence against the police.
Later, the court issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Ali Amin, Hammad Azhar, Saeed Sindhu, and Shahbaz Ahmed for not being investigated. The court also ordered the production of all the individuals.
