24-karat gold price falls to Rs348,700

(Web Desk): Gold prices fell significantly on Friday, both internationally and in Pakistan, putting a pause on the record highs seen in recent weeks.
In the international bullion market, gold dropped by $33 per ounce, bringing the price down to $3,305. This global decline affected local rates as well.
In Pakistan’s domestic market, the price of 24-karat gold per tola decreased by Rs3,300, now priced at Rs348,700. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold dropped by Rs2,833, settling at Rs298,950.
Silver prices also declined. The per tola price of silver dropped by Rs40 to Rs3,497, while the rate for 10 grams of silver fell by Rs35 to Rs2,998.
