Blaming anyone minutes after Pahalgam attack is inappropriate: Former US diplomat
Robin Raphael says Pakistan's offer for an impartial investigation into the Pahalgam attack is a positive development

(Web Desk): Former US Deputy Secretary of State for South Asia, Robin Raphael, has supported Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif's proposal to conduct an impartial investigation into the Pahalgam attack by independent experts.
Speaking with senior journalist Hamid Mir at Harvard University, she stated that Pakistan's offer for an impartial investigation into the Pahalgam attack is a positive development, adding that it is highly inappropriate to place blame on anyone just five minutes after the incident.
The former US Deputy Secretary of State further emphasized that the international community should play an immediate role in reducing the recent tensions between Pakistan and India.
