Funeral prayers of deceased were offered


Lower Kurram: The funeral prayers of eight people, including four children, who died when their car fell into a ditch in the Lower Kurram area of Kohistan yesterday were offered today.
The funeral prayers of eight family members who died in the Kohistan accident were offered in the village Sahal, which was attended by a large number of citizens.
It is pertinent to note that Asif Iqbal’s car, which was going from Rawalpindi to Gilgit, met with an accident near Matta Banda, Kohistan yesterday. 8 people, including 4 children and 2 women, of the family were killed in the accident.
Rescue officials said that the deceased belonged to Kamalabad and Tulsa villages of Rawalpindi, died on the spot.
It is also reported that the rescue team reached the spot as soon as the information about the accident was received and shifted the bodies to a nearby hospital.
