Price of gold rises by Rs900 per tola, reaching Rs336,100

(Web Desk): Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Friday, following a similar trend in the international market.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold rose by Rs900 per tola, reaching Rs336,100. The price of 10 grams of gold also went up by Rs772, now selling at Rs288,151.
A day earlier, gold prices had dropped sharply by Rs6,700, bringing the rate to Rs335,200 per tola on Thursday.
In the global market, gold also gained $9, reaching $3,177 per ounce with a $20 premium. Meanwhile, silver prices remained unchanged at Rs3,377 per tola.
