According to the alert, there is a possibility of stormy winds, hailstorms, and rain in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and surrounding areas.

The department has advised citizens to take precautionary measures to stay safe from the effects of the weather.

It is worth mentioning that last month, sudden heavy hailstorms in Islamabad had also caused damage.
