He said whether someone is wearing blue, white, or khaki uniform, martyrdom is honor for us

Rawalpindi: Director General of the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) of the Pakistan Army, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, has said that Pakistan has not bowed down before and will not bow down now; our desire for martyrdom is greater than life.
In an exclusive interview with China Media Group, DG ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif presented his position on the tension with India, Pak-China relations, and the situation in the region. He gave detailed and factual answers to every question of China Media Group.
Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said that all the countries in the world are facing big challenges. The big countries also have a big vision, and people are looking towards the development of humanity.
He stated that the Pakistani nation had neither bowed down before nor will we bow down now. I have said it before, and I still say it again, that our desire for martyrdom is greater than life. Whether someone is wearing a blue, white, or khaki uniform, martyrdom is an honor for us.
The DG ISPR added that Pakistan and China are two responsible countries in the world. The priority of both Pakistan and China is the welfare of the people. The prosperity of the people always comes from peace and stability. Both Pakistan and China are striving for peace and stability in the region. For this, we are fighting the scourge of terrorism. The purpose of terrorism is to stop development.
Ahmed Sharif further said that the world should see the progress that China has made with such a large population in a very short time. The people of Pakistan also want us to move towards development and stability.
He also stated that our priority is peace. If you look at the streets of Pakistan today, you will see people celebrating peace, not victory, you will see humanity among the people of Pakistan.
DG ISPR continued to say: “We humbly thank Allah, we prostrate ourselves in the presence of Allah Almighty because we love peace, you will see the rapid development of Pakistan”.
