Employees who filed cases against ECP in tribunals, courts were not given honorariums


Islamabad: The Chief Election Commissioner awarded millions of rupees to the employees of the Election Commission. According to the documents, even employees who filed cases against the ECP in tribunals and courts were not given honorariums.
According to the details, the available documents have revealed that the Chief Election Commissioner awarded millions of rupees to employees in the months of January, February, March, and May.
These honorariums of millions of rupees were given in four different phases. Employees with disciplinary inquiries and negative remarks in PERs were not given honorariums.
Employees who filed cases against the Election Commission in tribunals and courts were also not given honorariums.
Employees who were on leave before January 30 were also not given honorariums.
The honorariums were given from the charged budget of the Election Commission. Four basic salaries were given as honorarium to employees in Grades II to IX. Three basic salaries were given as honorarium to employees in grades XI to XVII.
Basic salaries were given as honorarium to employees above grade XVIII; all other employees of the Election Commission have been given honorariums.
