Eid ul Adha is expected to fall on June 6 in the UAE

(Web Desk): Eid ul Adha is expected to be observed on June 7 in Pakistan, according to astronomical experts.
Dr. Faheem Hashmi, a Pakistani astronomer, said the Zil Hajj moon is not likely to be seen on May 27 as it will only be 11 hours old at sunset, making it very difficult to spot.
However, Dr. Hashmi added that the moon will likely be visible on May 28, when it will be over 35 hours old. This increases the chances of it being seen clearly, which would make May 29 the first day of Zil Hajj, and June 7 the day of Eid ul Adha.
Meanwhile, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Eid ul Adha is expected to fall on June 6. According to the Emirates Astronomy Society, the moon marking the start of Dhu al-Hijjah (Zil Hajj) is expected to be visible on the evening of May 27. Chairman of the society, Ibrahim Al Jarwan, said the crescent moon will appear at 7:02 AM UAE time on May 27 and will remain visible for about 38 minutes after sunset, making its sighting likely that evening. This would make May 28 the first day of Dhu al-Hijjah in the UAE.
