Contaminated water, substandard food are becoming main causes of diarrhea

Karachi: Diarrhea cases have increased as the heat in Karachi has intensified.
According to the details, diarrhea cases are increasing in the city as the heat has intensified.
President of the Pakistan Pediatric Association Sindh, Dr Waseem Jamalvi, said that dozens of diarrhea patients are being brought to government hospitals every day, and children are the most affected by diarrhea.
According to Dr Waseem, contaminated water and substandard food are becoming the main causes of diarrhea, while dehydration due to diarrhea can be life-threatening.
Dr Waseem Jamalvi instructed citizens to drink boiled water and wash their hands regularly.
