Maryam Nawaz personally distributed 'CM Insulin Cards'


Lahore: Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz launched an insulin program for children with diabetes.
Maryam Nawaz on Monday, along with riders, visited the homes of sick children in different areas of Lahore and personally distributed 'CM Insulin Cards'.
Chief Minister, along with riders, reached Q Block Sabzazar to distribute insulin cards to young children.
Young children, Wasay Adnan, Zainab Waheed, and Zain Shahzad were also given insulin cards, glucometers, BSR strips, and needle boxes.
The Chief Minister hugged Wasay Adnan's grandmother and asked about her health. She also promised to send a car to Wasay.

The children showered flowers on the Chief Minister and took pictures with her.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said that she can understand the pain and anxiety of children with diabetes, and the government itself will reach out to those children who cannot buy medicine or insulin.
It is pertinent to note that under the free insulin program, insulin will be provided to 1,500 children at their doorsteps in the first phase.
