Balochistan govt paid tribute to martyred officer for sacrificing his life in the line of duty


Nushki: A policeman was martyred in an attack on an anti-polio team in the city of Noshki, Balochistan.
According to the police, unknown persons opened fire on the anti-polio team in the Killi Muhammad Hasni area of Nushki, resulting in the martyrdom of Waheed. The body of the martyred official was shifted to the hospital, while other members of the anti-polio team were safe.
The spokesperson of the Balochistan government said that the martyred official, Waheed, belonged to Jamalabad, Nushki. We pay tribute to him for sacrificing his life in the line of duty.
Shahid Rind said that the polio campaign is a national duty, an attack on it is intolerable. This attack is a conspiracy to sabotage the national campaign and spread fear and panic. Action against the saboteurs will be further accelerated. The Balochistan government will make the protection of polio teams and security personnel more effective.
PM Shehbaz condemns attack on polio team
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif strongly condemned the firing on the anti-polio campaign team in Nushki and termed it intolerable.
He expressed his sorrow for the policeman who was martyred in the firing and expressed his sympathy and condolences to the family of the officer.
Shehbaz Sharif said that the attack on the anti-polio team to secure the future of children is unacceptable, and the miscreants against the polio campaign will be dealt with severely.

Expressing condolences to the family of the martyred policeman, the President said that the war against polio is not over yet; we will not rest on our laurels until polio is completely eradicated.
Mohsin Naqvi
Condemning the incident of firing on the anti-polio team in Nushki, Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi paid tribute to the martyred policeman Abdul Waheed.
Expressing his heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the family of the martyred officer, the Minister said that Abdul Waheed attained the great status of martyrdom and stands with the bereaved family.
Mohsin Naqvi stated that those who attack the safe and healthy future of children will be dealt with iron hands.
