Price of 24-karat pure gold increases by Rs1,000 per tola, reaching Rs354,100


(Web Desk): A continued upward trend in gold prices was observed across the country for the second day in a row.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat pure gold increased by Rs1,000 per tola, reaching Rs354,100.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs857, bringing it to Rs303,583, while the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold climbed by Rs786, reaching Rs278,294.
In addition, silver prices also saw a rise. The price of silver per tola increased by Rs130, now standing at Rs3,586, and 10 grams of silver went up by Rs112, reaching Rs3,074.
The Association reported that the international gold rate rose by $10, bringing the price to $3,357 per ounce.
It is worth noting that just a day earlier, the price of 24-karat pure gold per tola had surged by Rs5,900, reaching Rs353,100, and 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs5,058, selling at Rs302,726.
