After arguments of the parties, court reserved its decision on bail application

Karachi: A young man who was tortured by an influential person in the Defence, area of Karachi forgave the accused in court.
The case of torturing a young man in Defence Ittehad Commercial was heard in a local court in Karachi, during which the victim, Sudhir, also appeared in court.
During the hearing, the young man Sudhir said that it was his mistake. His motorcycle collided with a car, and he has no objection to whatever the court decides. ‘I have forgiven the accused and I do not want to pursue the case’.
During the hearing, the public prosecutor opposed the bail application of the accused and said that a case was registered against the accused under the charges of threatening and humiliating a woman; these provisions are not bailable.
After the arguments of the parties, the court reserved its decision on the bail application of the accused, which will be announced later.
