Aurat March Islamabad stages protest against murder of TikToker Sana Yousuf

Islamabad: The organizers of the Aurat March Islamabad held a demonstration to bring justice to the murdered young TikToker Sana Yousuf, in which the general public also participated.
Sana Yousuf was shot dead while entering her house on June 2. The police acted and filed a case against the accused on June 3 and arrested him.
The police had said that 17-year-old Sana Yousuf was killed by 22-year-old Omar Hayat from Faisalabad for refusing to be friends.
Showbiz personalities, including political and social figures, have also expressed their regret over the murder of Sana Yousuf and demanded the strictest punishment for the killer, and now the organizers of the Aurat March in Islamabad have held a demonstration to bring justice to the victim.

The protesters also raised slogans, including ‘My body, my will’, while they also held banners with various slogans.

The protesters demanded that the government, police, and courts give exemplary punishment to Sana Yousaf’s killer to discourage the remaining accused and ensure the safety of the girls.

Domestic workers also participated in the demonstration to bring justice to Sana Yousaf, while other working women and men, including female students, also participated in the demonstration.
