ChatGPT gets smarter with new business tools
These two features are currently available to ChatGPT Team and Enterprise users

(Web Desk): In the ever-evolving world of artificial intelligence, OpenAI has once again introduced powerful new features in ChatGPT that could prove extremely useful for business professionals and office workers.
According to a technology website, two major features have been added to ChatGPT: meeting recording and cloud file sharing.
With these updates, ChatGPT can not only record meetings but also automatically generate detailed written summaries. This feature enables ChatGPT to record meetings, brainstorming sessions, or personal notes, and then provide summaries and key takeaways.
If you forget to jot something down during a meeting, there's no need to worry anymore—ChatGPT will automatically generate a summary of all essential points, which you can also share with your team.
Another major feature added by OpenAI is direct cloud integration. ChatGPT can now connect directly to services like Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, SharePoint, and OneDrive. This means if you have a document or spreadsheet stored on Google Drive, for instance, you can ask ChatGPT to open the file and extract information. It can read the files and provide summaries, key points, or even data analysis.
Thanks to this integration, there's no longer a need to manually open and read files—just ask a question and get the information you need instantly.
These two features are currently available to ChatGPT Team and Enterprise users. The ChatGPT Team plan is priced at $25 per user per month, while the Enterprise version is available to larger companies as per their needs.
