Over 1.67 million pilgrims performed Hajj

(Web Desk): Over 1.67 million pilgrims have performed Hajj in Makkah. Radio Pakistan's Special Correspondent Abdul Rehman Cheema reports from Makkah that five-day Hajj rituals concluded on Sunday.
On the last day, the Hujjaj performed a ritual of throwing seven pebbles each on three pillars resembling the devils. Then they left Mina before sunset and returned to their residential buildings.
Now, the pilgrims will perform Farewell Tawaf before leaving for their respective countries.
Meanwhile, Makkah’s Deputy Emir Prince Saud bin Mishaal has announced successful and incident-free Hajj this year.
Speaking from the governorate’s headquarters in Mina, he affirmed that preparations for next year’s Hajj will begin immediately.
