Musk’s apology comes amid an escalating public feud between the two prominent figures

(Web Desk): Tech icon Elon Musk has expressed regret over his recent social media attacks on US President Donald Trump, admitting that some of his posts “went too far.”
In a message posted on X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday morning, Musk wrote: “Some of my posts last week about President @realDonaldTrump went too far, and I regret them.”
Musk’s apology comes amid an escalating public feud between the two prominent figures.
Last week, Musk had accused President Trump of withholding the Jeffrey Epstein files to allegedly conceal his own connections.
This claim came shortly after Musk stepped down from his role as head of the US Department of Government Efficiency.
Once considered a strong supporter of Trump’s election campaign and policies, Musk recently described Trump’s tax and spending bill as a “hateful law.” He followed this with several critical posts, even expressing support for Trump’s impeachment.
Amid rising tensions, Trump warned that he may cancel government contracts and subsidies awarded to Musk’s companies, including Tesla and SpaceX.
However, Musk has now deleted several posts targeting Trump and has even shared posts supporting some of Trump’s statements, signaling an apparent attempt to ease tensions and mend ties.
