Gujranwala: The Kidnapping incidents are on the rise in Punjab’s Gujranwala with people raising serious concerns over the performance of police.

According to details, police is unable to recover 14-year old Zulqarnain who has been missing since July 07.
At the request of the child's father, the Civil Line Police Station registered a case on July 07 and initiated proceedings but no trace of child and abductors have yet been found.
“I beg everyone to help me get my son back. I have been visiting the police station for the last 12 days but all in vain,” said the father of abducted child.
The parents have demanded the Chief Minister of Punjab Usman Buzdar to take notice of the incident.
On the other hand, police has said that they started investigation and will soon arrest the kidnappers.
Last month, the body of a minor boy, kidnapped for Rs9 million ransom, was found near his house in Gujranwala.
