Mobile phone of the accused is yet to be recovered


Islamabad: The District and Sessions Courts, Islamabad, granted a three-day physical remand of the accused in the TikToker Sana Yousaf murder case and ordered him to be produced again on June 23.
The murderer, Umar Hayat, was produced before Judicial Magistrate Hafeez Ahmed after the expiry of his four-day physical remand. Adnan Ali, Raja Naveed Hussain, and Mazhar Bashir appeared on behalf of the prosecution.
Prosecutor Raja Naveed said that the vehicle used by the accused has been recovered, and the mobile phone is yet to be recovered. The accused is very clever and understands the seriousness of the crime, which is why he is not recovering the mobile phone.
In the court, the prosecutor requested that the physical remand of the accused be granted for another seven days.
It is pertinent to note that a case has been registered against the accused at the Sambal police station for the murder of TikToker Sana Yousaf. The accused had entered the house and shot and killed Sana Yousaf.
