Benefit of the people of Pakistan and India lies in peace, he stated

Islamabad: Chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that India has two options: accept the Indus Waters Treaty, or else Pakistan will go to war if it does not accept it and builds dams or canals.
While speaking in the National Assembly, Bilawal Bhutto criticized Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi without naming him and said that there is a cheap copy of Netanyahu in our region too; we have defeated India in the field of war, diplomacy, and narrative.
He said that we are also fighting a war for the benefit of the people of India. The benefit of the people of Pakistan and India lies in peace. India wants our future generations to fight over water. The threat of stopping Pakistan's water is a violation of the UN Charter.
The Chairman of the PPP stated that there are 2 options for India: if it accepts the Indus Water Treaty and if it does not accept, then it will build dams or canals, then Pakistan will wage war, after which the water of six rivers will be given to Pakistan.
Bilawal Bhutto further said that the US President says that there should be mediation. India has backed down from calling Kashmir its internal matter. There is sympathy everywhere in the world regarding Kashmir, and now Kashmir has become an international matter. It is our success that an internal matter has become an international matter.
Talking about the budget, he supported the government's federal budget. He thanked the Prime Minister, the Finance Minister, and the Foreign Minister for engaging the PPP on the budget this time. It is a good move that the government has increased salaries and pensions. However, we wanted a further increase in salaries and pensions.
Chairman PPP said that there were desires of the PPP that we could not achieve in the budget. They wanted South Punjab should be given 30 percent of Punjab in the PSDP. They wanted the federal government to support Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the form of federal funding. The Finance Minister said that we will sit down and try in the next budget.
