Pakistan scored 154 for 6. Opener Muhammad Rizwan struck 76, while Fakhar Zaman remained the second top scorer with 24 runs.
Adil Rashid took four wickets for 34 runs.
Earlier, series locked at 1-1 after high-scoring contests at Trent Bridge and Headingley
