Captain Shivakumar said that Indian warplanes were shot down, but not as many as are being reported

The Indian Defense Attaché in Indonesia has admitted that the Pakistani Air Force (PAF) shot down Indian aircraft in the Indo-Pak aerial clash on May 7.
Addressing a seminar in Indonesia, Indian Navy Captain Shivakumar avoided giving the number of Indian warplanes destroyed.
Captain Shivakumar said that Indian warplanes were shot down, but not as many as are being reported, and he also made an excuse that the Indian warplanes were shot down because the political leadership had instructed the Indian Air Force not to target Pakistani military targets.
After the statement of the Indian Defense Attaché came to light, the Congress criticized the Modi government and said that the Modi government misled the nation and failed to tell how many Indian warplanes were destroyed in Operation Sindoor.
