Highest rainfall in last 24 hours was recorded in Murree at 48 mm

Islamabad: Light rain fell in different areas of Karachi overnight.
According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rain is expected in certain areas of Islamabad, upper Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Kashmir today.
There is also a possibility of rain in some places in Sindh and Balochistan.
The highest rainfall in the last 24 hours was recorded in Murree at 48 mm.
The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has issued an alert of heavy rains in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from July 5 to 11.
In addition, there is a risk of flooding in the Chitral River, Swat River, Panjkora River, and Kabul River.
