Abdullah Nawaz defeated Hong Kong's Wang Wing Kyun in quarter-finals


Seoul: Five Pakistani players have reached the semi-finals of different age group categories in the Asian Junior Squash Championship.
Pakistani players are making progress in the ongoing Asian Junior Squash Championship in Korea. In the Boys Under-19 category, Abdullah Nawaz defeated Hong Kong's Wang Wing Kyun in the quarter-finals. Abdullah Nawaz's winning score was 4-11, 4-11, and 6-11.
In the Boys Under-15 category, Noman Khan and Ahmed Rayan Khalil made it to the top four. Noman Khan defeated India's Harshal Rana in the quarter-finals by 6-11, 5-11, and 7-11.
Ahmed Rayan Khalil defeated Malaysia's Arman Mirza Bin Ashraf by 7-11, 3-11, and 3-11.
In the Boys U-13 quarter-final, top seed Sohail Adnan defeated India’s Abhay Uday Arora, with a winning score being 2-11, 8-11, and 2-11.
In the Girls' event, Mahnoor Ali reached the semi-finals of the U-13. Mahnoor Ali defeated India’s Anika Kalanki 6-11, 2-11, and 3-11. In the Girls U-15 quarter-final, Sehrish Ali was defeated by a Malaysian player.
