According to the details, the alert issued by the NDMA states that rain, wind, and storms are likely across the country between July 6 and 10.
Due to the rains, there is a possibility of flooding in urban areas. Rain with thunderstorms is likely in various cities of Punjab, including Islamabad, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Attock, and Jhelum.
Thunderstorms are also likely in various cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Peshawar, Dir, Swat, Chitral, and Kohistan.
Cloudy weather is also likely in various cities of Balochistan, including Quetta, Zhob, Ziarat, and Kalat. Heavy rain has been predicted in Muzaffarabad, Neelum Valley, and Rawalakot.
Heavy rains are also expected in Mirpurkhas, Umerkot, Thatta, Badin, Ghotki, Khairpur, Shikarpur, Larkana, Jacobabad, and Dadu.
According to weather analysts, light rain is likely in Karachi on Friday and Saturday.
