Police surgeon Dr. Ayesha Faiz, who conducted the autopsies, said that the bodies of the victims—allegedly killed in the name of "honour"—were exhumed for examination. The murders took place on June 4, 2025.
The report states that the woman, estimated to be between 37 and 38 years old, was shot once in the head and six times in the chest and abdomen. The name "Noor Bano Bibi" was inscribed on her arm, and she belonged to the Satakzai tribe.
The male victim, identified as Ehsanullah and estimated to be between 35 and 36 years old, was shot nine times in the chest and abdomen.
According to Dr Faiz, the woman's body had deteriorated but remained identifiable, while the man's body was in relatively better condition and also recognizable.
The woman was buried at the Degari Qadir Bakhsh Coal Mines Cemetery, and the man was laid to rest in the Sanjdi Cemetery. DNA samples were collected from both bodies, and testing will be conducted if required.
