‘There are over a thousand warehouses in the ground, and more than 30 are currently on fire’


(Web Desk): A fire has broken out in various scrap warehouses in Sohrab Goth, Karachi.
The fire brigade is facing a shortage of water while trying to extinguish the fire in the warehouses located in the large ground of Sohrab Goth.
While talking to journalists, owners of different warehouses said that the fire was caused by a short circuit.
According to the owners, there are over a thousand warehouses in the ground, and more than 30 are currently on fire.
The owners stated that the fire brigade has been without water for over an hour, and every time a fire breaks out, they are told to purchase water tankers themselves.
On the other hand, fire brigade officials said that four fire tenders are currently working to extinguish the fire.
