Bannu police foil terrorist attack on Basiakhel station

(Web Desk): Bannu police thwarted a terrorist attack on the Basiakhel police station late at night. The attackers fled due to the timely and courageous response by the police.

According to the police, the terrorists targeted the Basiakhel police station using snipers and heavy weapons from multiple directions.

Due to the swift counteraction by the police personnel, the terrorists were forced to retreat. No casualties were reported in the attack.
