Islamabad: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced a substantial cut in the price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and issued an official notification in this regard.
According to the notification, the price of LPG has been reduced by Rs17.74 per kilogram, while the price of an 11.8 kg domestic cylinder has been lowered by Rs209.24.
OGRA stated that the new price for a domestic LPG cylinder for August has been set at Rs2,541.36, compared to Rs2,750.60 in July.
As per the notification, the per-kilogram price of LPG in July was Rs233, which has now been revised to Rs215.36 for August.
