Lahore: The by-election for the vacant Senate seat in Punjab has been postponed.
The Election Commission has issued a notification announcing the postponement of the election. According to the notification, the decision was made due to the unavailability of members of the Punjab Assembly and the incomplete electoral process.
The Election Commission has suspended the previously announced election schedule for July 29, and a new date will be announced later.
