Ex-federal minister Kamran Michael, others acquitted in Port & Shipping case
The accountability court acquits all accused, including Kamran Michael, and dismisses the reference against a total of 29 individuals


Karachi: The Accountability Court has acquitted former Federal Minister Kamran Michael and all other accused in a reference related to the transfer of Port and Shipping properties to favored individuals.
Kamran Michael and other accused appeared before the Accountability Court in the case concerning the alleged illegal transfer of government properties.
The petitioner's lawyer stated that the reference was filed in 2018 due to political rivalry, and Kamran Michael was kept in jail for six months.
The Accountability Court acquitted all accused, including Kamran Michael, and dismissed the reference against a total of 29 individuals.
