In view of the forecast, the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has issued an alert


Islamabad: Heavy rainfall in various parts of Islamabad has brought pleasant weather to the capital.
According to sources, several areas of Karachi also experienced light rain or drizzle during the night.
The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast heavy rain at a few places in Upper Punjab, the Pothohar region, Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Kashmir today.
Monsoon rains have been predicted in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with the PMD expecting rainfall in most districts of the province until August 7. In view of the forecast, the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has issued an alert.
Meanwhile, partially cloudy weather with chances of light rain or drizzle is expected in the coastal areas of Sindh.
