(Web Desk): In London’s Parliament Square, supporters of Palestine Action staged a protest during which police arrested 466 demonstrators, including women.
Protesters carried placards with slogans condemning Israel’s ongoing genocide of Palestinians in Gaza.
According to the protest organizers, between 600 to 700 people participated in the demonstration, though police denied the claim of such a large turnout.
Police stated that Palestine Action has been banned under the Terrorism Act since July 5, 2025, and membership or support of the group could lead to a prison sentence of up to 14 years.
