The resignations followed the provincial chief executive's dissatisfaction over the performance of the minister and the adviser regarding their departments.
Hasham is looking after the affairs of the Social Welfare department, while Qalandar Shah is adviser to the CM on revenue.
The CM had conveyed both of them to tender their resignations forthwith.
