Malakand: Mufti Kifayatullah, a senior leader of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI), has died from injuries sustained in a shooting incident involving his son.
According to police, Mufti Kifayatullah succumbed to his wounds while receiving treatment at a private hospital in Islamabad.
Authorities reported that two weeks ago, his son, Moatasim Billah, opened fire on family members at their home. The attack left Mufti Kifayatullah injured, while two of his daughters and a son were killed.
