One of the conditions includes that Iran restores access to International Atomic Energy Agency inspectors to its nuclear program

European countries have offered Iran a delay in sanctions if it meets three conditions.
Representatives of Britain, France, and Germany at the United Nations have said in a joint statement before the Security Council meeting that if Iran meets three conditions, the snapback sanctions on Iran can be delayed.
The E3 countries have said in a joint statement that if Iran restores access to the International Atomic Energy Agency inspectors to its nuclear program, removes concerns about uranium enrichment, and rejoins nuclear talks with the United States, then the imposition of sanctions under the snapback sanctions can be delayed by six months.
Earlier, these three European countries had launched a 30-day snapback mechanism to re-impose UN sanctions on Iran on Thursday.
Iranian Ambassador to the United Nations Amir Saeed Irani described the E3 countries' offer as full of unrealistic preconditions.
He said that they are demanding conditions that should be the result of negotiations, not the starting point, and that they know that these demands cannot be met.
It is pertinent to note that yesterday, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said that Iran is ready to resume diplomatic talks on its nuclear program if Western countries show seriousness and goodwill.
