Shah was produced in the court after his physical remand expired

Lahore: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore rejected the request for extension of the physical remand of Shah Riaz, son of Aleema Khan, sister of the founding chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan, and sent him to jail on judicial remand.
Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Manzar Ali Gul heard the Jinnah House attack case on May 9, during which Shah Raiz, nephew of PTI founder, was produced.
Shah was produced in the court after the physical remand expired, and the investigation officer of the case requested further remand of the accused.
After hearing the arguments of the lawyers, the ATC rejected the request for further physical remand of Shah Raiz Khan, son of Aleema Khan, and sent the accused to jail on judicial remand.
It is pertinent to note that yesterday, the special anti-terrorism court had also issued orders to send Aleema Khan's other son, Sher Shah, to jail on judicial remand.
