Around 500 people have been relocated to safer areas

(Web Desk): According to foreign media reports, heavy rains hit two islands in Indonesia on Tuesday this week, causing landslides and flooding in seven districts.
A spokesperson for the National Disaster Agency stated that 14 people died in the popular tourist destination Bali due to rain and flooding, while the remaining fatalities were reported from other districts.
Media reports also indicate that some individuals are missing, and search operations are underway to locate them. Around 500 people have been relocated to safer areas.
Additionally, Indonesia’s Meteorology and Geophysics Agency has forecast more rainfall in Bali and other provinces between Friday and Monday.
